Frequently asked questions
Can visits be held inside and outdoors?
Our cuddle sessions and mini farm visits can be held indoors or outdoors. Visits with our pony are outside only and require access for the trailer to space to park close by the setup area.
How do I secure my booking?
Visit dates can be secured by deposit, payable within 5 days. The balance is to be paid 1 month before the booking date. For visits booked within 1 month, full payment is required at the time of booking.
What areas do you cover?
We are based on the outskirts of Stratford upon Avon and will travel our animals a maximum hour radius of our farm. That means we can come to you across Warwickshire, Coventry, Solihull, some parts of Oxfordshire South Birmingham and North Cotswolds.
